Looks like it's toasted in the picture. Anyone know how this would affect the sound? I'm fairly decent in soldering - where can I get a replacement part?

Is this something that's been hooked up yet?

I've had it for a couple of years and not sure when this happened. But, the setup doesn't sound right since I have to turn up the treble just to make it sound decent. I also tried using crossovers from PG RSDs - that improved the sound a bit. Call me crazy, but the RSDs sound better than the CDTs that I have; not sure what is wrong, but something is.

I would email support@cdtaudio.com and let them have a look at this. They will be your best source for help on this issue.

That is deffenitly your best bet. Do you live in an area where it gets cold? Where did you have the x overs mounted?
